We had an amazing view of the Shwedagon Pagoda from our room. The staff here goes above and beyond, making our stay truly memorable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to have a peaceful and restful sleep. The shower in our room was great, providing us with relaxation and comfort. We also enjoyed the convenience of having taxis available at a cheaper rate than other places. Additionally, the breakfast on the 21st floor with its stunning view made for a delightful start to our day.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

That the food and beverage service was not up to par. the options on the menu were often not available, and the breakfast service could have been improved.

The hotel provided free minibar refreshments and had a wonderful view from the breakfast area. , the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our city trip more enjoyable. The modern facilities added to the comfortable stay.
The noise level from the busy street outside caused some disturbance, even though our room was not situated on a high floor. It was also a little further from downtown, but still accessible with a short drive or taxi ride.
